衝撃の『農業競争力強化支援法案』が通過！～悪夢の日本未来予想図
まいりました。。国民に殆ど知らない(知らされない)まま参院本会議で通過した『農業競争力強化支援法案』を知ってますか？
法案名だけ聞いても、「ああ、農業の競争力強化を支援するのはいいことじゃない？」くらいにしか思わないですよね。
…
いや。いや。これは日本の食文化の悪夢のプロローグと言えるほど危険な要素が詰まった法案です。なぜ日本は行ってはいけない方向に舵を切るのか理解不能です。
『農業競争力強化支援法案』によって始まる日本農業の悲劇
さて、この農業競争力強化支援法案について簡単におさらいしてみたいと思います。
こんな法案を読み込むのは、農業オタクくらいですよね。一般国民に詳細は分かる訳もなく。。しかし、その条文にはとんでもない内容が・・・！！
まず、過去記事にある「農作物種子法廃止案」の衆議院通過の後だけにセット法案という事が明らかにわかる内容なのです。
農業競争力強化支援法案にも種子について書いてあるんですが、そこには、
「民間事業者が行う技術開発及び新品種の育成その他の種苗の生産及び供給促進」
「都道府県が有する種苗の生産に関する知見の民間事業者への提供」
と、驚きの内容がしっかり明記されています。
この民間事業者が誰を想定してるか分かりますか？
それでは、衆議院本会議でのやりとりの一幕です。
畠山議員(日本共産党)が、この法案の指す民間事業者に国籍などの要件がないことから、外資参入も含むのかとの質問をしました。
農林水産大臣は、“ 事業者の国籍に関係はありません。外資企業が支援措置を活用することも可能 ” と、答弁しました。
！！つまり、この法案の意味するものはこういうことなんです。

今まで都道府県の義務の下で研究、開発、管理されてきた米や麦なんかの種子についてたくさん溜まったノウハウ、知識はもう国内外の会社に解放しちゃいましょう。
そうしないと、いつまでも農業だけ鎖国してることになってモンサント社たち外国のアグリビジネス会社に日本の農業の知見を開示できない訳ですから。
国策はグローバルに向かってるのに、農業だけ守りに入ると外国からスゴイ圧力がかかる上に、補助金やらの予算もとらなくて済むので、国は一石二鳥。肩の荷が下りてありがたいんですよね。
モンサント社をはじめバイオ農業社の皆さん、これでやっと日本の農業に参入して公に遺伝子組み換え種子の農業ビジネスができるようになりますよ。
そうすれば、農業競争力上がるから国内の種子ビジネスの活性化になって良いでしょ？
もちろん今まで行政の管理下で価格も安定してたけど、これから種子マーケットの争いで価格高騰もありえるかもしれませんね。
国内の種子企業がグローバル企業に勝てないかもしれない？外資市場解放とはそういうことも含めて競争力がつくからグローバルなんでしょ。

今まで公的に管理されてた日本人のライフラインである種子もついに外資の参入が始まるのです。
しかも、日本だけがもっている種子ノウハウも外国に渡すという大盤振る舞い法案。この国を誰のものにしたいのでしょうか。
そして、世界的大問題となっている遺伝子組み換え種子の日本国内流通や日本の食に対する安心安全の考え方の大変革が起こり、将来、日本の食卓はどうなってなっていくのでしょうか。
本当に真剣に考えていかないとマズイ状態の日本になってきていると切に思う話でした。

Let’s free the know-how and knowledge accumulated abundantly about the seeds of rice and wheat, which have been researched, developed and managed under the obligations of prefectures so far, to domestic and foreign companies.
